We love ideas. And everything about them. We love having, doing, executing, and crafting them. We even love having them torn to pieces and starting all over again. Ok, maybe we don’t love that last part. But that’s the game. And we get to create even better ones in the end.

We love that we had to write a letter to Mariah Carey to make one. Or that another one got us to put a pair of underwear in the German Museum of Technology. But we really love when they can make a positive impact in the world, whether it’s helping refugees or preventing plastic from polluting our oceans. We love that an idea can change someone’s business. And someone’s day. We love being hands-on. But we also love leading and helping teams do all that.

For the past 15 years, we have been doing them in São Paulo, New York, Paris, and London, learning from some of the best creative leaders in the world. We have been in all kinds of agencies, doing all kinds of work, for all kinds of clients. And we have even been lucky enough to be recognised in some of the biggest award festivals.

Recently, we have helped lead the creative department of AB InBev’s in-house agency, working on brands such as Corona, Stella Artois, and Budweiser, among others. During our time there, we helped the agency and AB InBev Europe win their first Lion, plus five shortlists at Cannes. Now we’re taking on a new challenge with the lovely people at Hijinks, helping lead the creative department at this exciting new independent agency in the UK.
